NATIONAL POLICY AND ADVOCACY

AmCham Canada undertakes development of policy and advocacy related initiatives advanced by the National Policy Committee on behalf of the AmCham Canada membership.  Working with U.S. and Canadian industry and government officials AmCham’s  policy objectives seek to facilitate the expansion of cross-border trade and investment.

Priority issues for our membership include:

  • Intellectual Property Rights
  • Regulatory Alignment / Beyond the Border & RCC
  • Government Procurement
  • Cross-Border Infrastructure
  • Harmonization of U.S. – Canada Taxation Policies and Procedures

AMCHAM  CANADA NATIONAL POLICY ROUNDTABLES  

AmCham’s National Policy Roundtable Series provides a unique forum for engagement with key stakeholders from industry and government on both sides of the U.S. - Canada border.   Held quarterly these exclusive events offer valuable insights and input to the work of the National Policy Committee.
