Rosanna Berardi founded Berardi Immigration Law in 2005. Berardi Immigration Law is a business immigration law firm focused on providing corporate and individual clients with high touch, white-glove service. With roughly 20 categories of visas available and a consistently changing adjudication landscape, it makes sound business sense to partner with a firm that is wholly dedicated to both the art and science of immigration law.
Rosanna Berardi has a unique combination of government, university, and corporate experience that provides her with a broad perspective of the immigration landscape. She started her career at the Immigration & Naturalization Service (“INS”) Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Georgia, and then worked as an Immigration Inspector at the Peace Bridge while attending law school at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Rosanna quickly climbed the ranks at INS, eventually being hired as a full-time immigration Trial Attorney at the New York City office through the prestigious Attorney General’s Honor Program. She then went on to work at the University of New York at Buffalo in the International Student & Scholar Services Office as Immigration Counsel.
Rosanna entered private law practice in 1998 when she joined Buffalo’s largest law firm as an Immigration Associate, where she spent the next six years gaining extensive experience working with multinational companies.
Today, as the Managing Partner of Berardi Immigration Law, Rosanna continues to identify emerging trends in adjudication procedures and leverage that knowledge for her clients. She’s also a sought-after speaker and media source on immigration-related issues and has been featured in such publications as Forbes, The Los Angeles Times, The National Post, Bloomberg Law, Huffington Post Mexico, and many more. Rosanna is a dual citizen of the United States and Canada and is also a Foreign Legal Consultant in Canada.
